These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SNAP FLOW LLC ("Company," "we," "us") regarding your use of our mobile application. 1. Acceptance & Eligibility By using the App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service. You are responsible for ensuring the photo you provide is of yourself or an individual for whom you have legal authority. 2. Subscription & Billing The App offers features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store. Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 3. Service Standards & "Guaranteed Approval" We provide tools to help your photo meet various official standards for passports, visas, and ID cards globally. Compliance: While our AI and processing tools are designed for compliance with specific governmental and international standards, users must follow the in-app guidance (lighting, expression, background) to ensure a valid result. Refund Policy (Rejection Guarantee): If your photo is rejected by the official authorities (e.g., passport office, embassy, or licensing bureau) for the specific document type selected in the App, SNAP FLOW LLC will provide a full refund of the specific purchase price. To claim a refund, you must provide proof of rejection from the official government body. Processing: Note that refunds for in-app subscriptions are typically handled through the platform (Apple/Google) and are subject to their respective refund policies. 4. User Responsibilities You agree not to: Use the App to create fraudulent identification. Upload photos that contain "sensitive" or illegal content. Circumvent any technical limitations or "reverse engineer" the App. 5. Data & Privacy Your use of the App involves the processing of face data. This is handled according to our Privacy Policy. All face data is ephemeral and deleted immediately after the ID photo is generated. We do not store your biometric data permanently. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNAP FLOW LLC shall not be liable for any missed travel dates, delayed applications, or third-party fees resulting from a photo rejection. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service. 7. Intellectual Property SNAP FLOW LLC owns all rights to the App’s code, design, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. 8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time.
