Our App collects face data from user-provided photos. This data is used exclusively to generate a valid passport photo that meets official requirements. We do not collect any biometric identifiers beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
3. Usage of Face Data
User face data is transmitted securely to our processing service hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The image undergoes automated processing to ensure it meets passport photo guidelines. Once the processing is complete, the modified image is returned to the user. We do not store any face data permanently; all face data is ephemeral and exists only during the processing phase.
4. Sharing of Face Data
We do not sell, share, or transfer face data to any third parties. All processing takes place within our secured infrastructure to ensure data privacy and security. The only exception would be legal obligations requiring disclosure by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
5. Data Retention
Face data is retained only for a few seconds while processing is taking place. Once the passport photo is generated and delivered to the user, all face data is permanently deleted. We do not store, back up, or retain any user face data beyond what is necessary for real-time processing.
6. Other Personal Information
Beyond face data, we may collect certain non-sensitive information necessary for the functionality of our App, such as device type, operating system version, and usage analytics to improve performance. However, we do not collect, sell, trade, or share any personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our App uses end-to-end encryption to ensure secure transmission of face data during processing. Additionally, our AWS infrastructure complies with relevant security regulations to safeguard user privacy.

If we make any significant modifications, we will notify users through the App or via email if applicable.
